Business Analyst Compliance (A)

Tasks

• Explore options for designing an automated IT workflow solution for the Global Col Register
• Ensure the solution meets relevant regulatory requirements
• Gather, analyse and document business requirements in close collaboration with the framework owner
• Translate business requirements into requirements for a technical workflow solution
• Act as an interface between business, compliance and technical stakeholders
• Support effective stakeholder alignment and communication

Requirements

• Strong experience as a Business Analyst
• Good understanding of compliance-related requirements and processes
• Technical affinity and the ability to bridge business and IT perspectives
• Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements
• Knowledge of workflow solutions, ideally Flowable and/or ServiceNow
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Business-fluent German and English
