Senior Business Analyst & Delivery Lead (Trading & FX)

Tasks

• Lead requirements gathering, business analysis, and target-state design for execution and FX transformation initiatives
• Coordinate the migration of an execution desk onto a target Execution Management System (EMS)
• Drive the implementation of FX Risk Transfer capabilities and future operating models
• Act as the key liaison between Business, Technology, Operations, Avaloq teams, custody migration streams, and external providers
• Create technical and business specifications and ensure stakeholder alignment
• Coordinate system integration, testing, migration planning, and business readiness activities
• Manage project risks, dependencies, timelines, and delivery milestones
• Prepare management presentations and status reporting for senior stakeholders
• Support business adoption and operational readiness across execution and FX capabilities

Requirements

• Completed degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Information Technology, or a related discipline
• Extensive experience delivering trading, execution, FX, capital markets, and platform transformation initiatives within banking or financial services
• Proven experience leading end-to-end system integration and target operating model implementations
• Strong expertise in FIX Protocol
• Excellent understanding of financial markets, execution services, trading workflows, equities, bonds, ETFs, custody processes, and post-trade operations
• Experience writing business requirements, functional specifications, and technical documentation
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across business and technology organisations
• Experience delivering large-scale transformation programmes using Agile and traditional project methodologies
• High level of resilience, ownership, and delivery focus in complex environments
• Fluent English is required; German is considered a strong advantage
