Tasks
- Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams
- Analyse, document and optimise business processes within the banking environment
- Identify automation opportunities and support the implementation of RPA solutions
- Gather, define and validate business requirements for transformation initiatives
- Support the integration of automation solutions with core banking platforms
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings and requirement elicitation sessions
- Ensure alignment between business objectives, process improvements and technical execution
- Contribute to project planning, prioritisation and delivery activities
Requirements
- Completed degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance or a related field
- Extensive experience as a Business Analyst in the banking sector
- Strong knowledge of Core Banking systems and banking operations
- Experience with Automation and Robotics Process Automation (RPA) initiatives
- Proven business analysis, requirements engineering and process redesign experience
- Product Ownership experience is an advantage
- Understanding of Temenos T24 is considered a strong plus
- Ability to work independently in complex stakeholder environments.
- Business fluent English (C1/C2)
