Tasks
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of the "Liquidity Risk Management Asia" IT project, ensuring successful implementation and alignment with business and regulatory objectives
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements in close collaboration with stakeholders across Risk, Treasury, Compliance, and regional entities
- Ensure project delivery within the agreed scope, timeline, budget, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
- Manage the full project lifecycle, including project reporting, budget tracking, financial controlling, resource planning, risk management, and issue resolution
- Ensure compliance with established project governance, security, and control standards
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders across IT, Finance, Treasury, Risk, and Compliance
- Prepare and deliver project updates and presentations for steering committees, executive sponsors, and operational teams
- Coordinate the smooth transition of implemented solutions into Operations, supported by comprehensive documentation and change management activities
- Apply agile project management practices and effectively utilize Jira and Confluence for backlog, task, and knowledge management
- Proven experience managing large-scale IT projects with Change-the-Bank (CtB) budgets exceeding CHF 1 million
- Strong understanding of liquidity risk management, regulatory reporting, or treasury operations within a financial institution
- Demonstrated experience leading global, cross-functional projects involving internal teams, external vendors, and third-party providers
- Hands-on expertise in project execution, including budget management, reporting, financial controlling, resource allocation, and milestone planning
- Strong proficiency with modern project management tools, particularly Jira and Confluence
- Project Management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, or an equivalent qualification
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal; German language skills are considered an advantage
- Strong analytical thinking and the ability to quickly understand complex business, regulatory, and technical environments
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
