Business Analyst / Test Manager (A)

Tasks

• Plan and coordinate the overall testing approach for System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Prepare, document, maintain, and execute test cases including regression testing
• Coordinate and track defects, ensuring proper documentation, prioritisation, and follow-up until resolution
• Support business users during UAT and ensure structured and timely business sign-off
• Monitor and report testing progress, results, and risks transparently to the project team
• Contribute to go-live readiness by ensuring all testing completion criteria and quality gates are fulfilled
• Validate data pipelines and reporting workflows, including source-to-target data mapping and reconciliation of financial and regulatory datasets
• Identify and analyse data discrepancies to ensure data accuracy and compliance
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors

• Proven experience as Business Analyst and/or QA/Test Specialist within IT transformation or regulatory projects
• Strong hands-on experience in SIT and UAT, including test case creation, execution, and regression testing
• Experience in regulatory reporting within financial services, e.g. AnaCredit or similar
• Strong understanding of data validation, data mapping, and reconciliation processes
• Experience working with defect tracking tools such as JIRA or comparable systems
• Familiarity with structured testing methodologies and documentation standards
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams including business, IT, and vendors
• Knowledge of EKE project is a plus
• ISTQB Foundation or similar certification is an advantage but not mandatory
• SLQ knowledge is a plus
• Availability for an on-demand assignment with high flexibility
• Fluent English required, German is a plus
