Senior Business Analyst (A) Regulatory Reporting
For one of our clients, we are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst (A) Regulatory Reporting to support the integration of a new Core Banking System (CBS) with regulatory reporting platforms. This role focuses on Swiss National Bank (SNB) statistical, capital adequacy, and liquidity reporting requirements within a major transformation programme.

Tasks
- Define and document data flows between CBS and regulatory reporting systems
- Shape system interfaces and validate end-to-end processes
- Ensure compliance with SNB requirements for capital adequacy and liquidity reporting
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors
- Support testing and migration activities during core banking system replacement
Requirements
- Completed degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, or IT
- 3–6 years of experience in regulatory reporting within private and/or investment banking
- Proven expertise in Basel II/III/IV capital adequacy and LCR/NSFR liquidity reporting
- Strong understanding of securities, derivatives, and banking products
- Hands-on experience with core banking migrations (e.g., Temenos, Avaloq, Finacle)
- Familiarity with data warehouse architectures for regulatory reporting (e.g., OneSumX, AxiomSL)
- Practical exposure to data modelling is a plus
- Language skills: Fluent German and English (written and spoken)
